Chip Mong believes in the need to contribute to the development of human resources in Cambodia. In addition to the annual provision of scholarships to thousands of less fortunate students around the country, Chip Mong currently invests in a scholarship program that gives outstanding students in the country the opportunity to gain access to quality education and pursue their career dreams.

Chip Mong commits to provide financial academic support for 15 outstanding students annually, in the hope of increasing opportunities for young Cambodians to unlock their potential and serve their country.
